Q: Do you provide worldwide shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide! (except Israel)


Q: What shipping method do you provide?

We provide Fedex Express and Registered Air Mail delivery:


Q: How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping cost is depends on quantiy you ordered and shipping method you chosen. You can easily know the shipping cost by using our "Calculate Shipping" function on shopping cart page.

You'll see "Calculate Shipping" hyperlink after you add your items into your shopping cart. Just click that "Estimate Shipping & Tax" hyperlink to calculate. 



Q: Which shipping method do you suggest?

We suggest Fedex Express because it provide fast delivery, accurate tracking results and reliable services.

So how about Registered Air Mail? Although it is very cheap, you cannot expect the same level of speed and services. Registered Air Mail has the risk of missing package when we will not bear any responsiblity if this happened.


Q: Do you provide tracking number after you shipped my order?

Yes. Whether you chose Fedex or Registered Air Mail, we will provide tracking number within 2 business days after we shipped your order. Tracking number will send to your email (the same email you used to place order with us)


Q: Which are the countries you do not offer Fedex Shipping?

We do not provide Fedex services to Japan and all Central & South America countries.


Q: Do you charge handling fee?

No, we don't charge any handling fee.


Q: Do you ship to PO Box address?

Yes and No because It is depends on which shipping method you chose.

It is a NO for Fedex because Fedex does NOT ship to PO Box address.

However, it is a YES for Registered Air Mail because usually your country postman can deliver to a PO Box address.


Q: Is signature required upon delivery?

Whether Fedex or Registered Air Mail, signature is requried upon delivery. It is a safety meaure to ensure that package is delivered sucessfully.


Q: If i am not around to when delivery, can i request to just leave the package in the mailbox or at my doorstep without signature?

It can be done but it is NOT recommended and we will not bear any responsibility if the package get lost or missing.

If you insist to just leave the package in the mail box or at your doorstep without signature, you'll have to mentioned this in order remark column during checkout process. So that when we pack your order, we will put a special note on the package itself, hope that your country Postman will do accordingly but we cannot guarantee he/she will do it.

For customer who choose Fedex, only consignee (you) have the authorization to ask Fedex to leave package at doorstep without signature. What we'll do is ship your package as usual and let you know the tracking number. Then, you need to contact your local Fedex Office and tell them your tracking number and state your delivery request.


Q: Do i have to pay custom tax or duty charges in order to receive my order?

Custom hold rarely happen, but If your package is unfortuantely held by custom, you have to pay for the custom tax or duty charges.


Q: How fast do you process my order?

Once we receive your order and full payment, we'll ship out the order within 2~3 business days. (Business days is NOT included Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday)

Q: How long does it takes to receive my order?

Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. or you can refer to below for shipping rate & delivery.

** Please note that the above shipping rates & delivery are estimates only, shipment may delay due to certain circumstances.

** FedEx/UPS do not ship to PO Box, APO and FPO address except Dubai, we will use Registered Air Mail for this area


Q: I made a typo error or submmited the wrong shipping address. Can i change?

In order to provide fast shipping, we usually ship order within 1~3 business days. If typo error/wrong shiping address is submitted, please contact us asap and let us know what is your correct and complete shipping address. However, we cannot guarantee anything. If we haven't ship your order, we still can edit your shipping address. But if we already shipped your order, it's too late and we cannot do anything by then.
